Children under 13 will not have access to a debit card. Children over 13 may have a debit card and ATM access. Cards will be issued with daily limits, as noted in the product descriptions above.
Savings options pay variable interest compounded and credited quarterly on the daily collected balance. Teen Checking does not pay interest.
