  • Notifi Alerts – Through Online Banking you can set up Notifi, our real-time alert system, to deliver financial notifications you choose via email, text, or push message.
  • IBM Security Trusteer Rapport – Your security is our top priority. That is why we have partnered with IBM, a leading expert in financial security, to offer Trusteer Rapport online fraud protection software, customized to protect users of Waterford Bank – at no cost to you. The first time you login to Online Banking, a popup box will be presented to you asking if you want to download Trusteer Rapport. Click “Download Now” to install.

Trusteer’s supported browsers include: Google Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer. It will be available for Microsoft’s new Chromium-powered Edge browser in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The PC requirements for online banking include both operating system minimums and Internet browser minimums. The details are listed below.

Please note that only one Internet Browser is required – you can choose which one you would like to use. Although older Internet Browsers may work, they are not supported.
