Easy to Enroll
We make it easy to get started. Customers simply need to:
1. Log in to Bill Pay through Online Banking.
2. Select the “Send Money with Zelle” option.
3. Accept the terms and conditions.
4. Enroll your U.S. mobile number or email address.
5. From here you will receive a onetime validation code and can now begin using Zelle®.
No cash? No problem. Pay the babysitter quickly from your mobile banking app with Zelle®.
Ways to Use Zelle®
Money sent with Zelle® can be used for a variety of occasions including to:
- Share the cost of a group gift.
- Send money for groceries, rent, or other expenses.
- Split the cost of dinner with a friend.
- Send money for a birthday, wedding, or graduation gift.
Split the cost of gas on your next road trip or dinner with your friends – with Zelle® it only takes a few minutes!
How It Works
Once enrolled you can both send, request, and receive funds from other people. Money sent with Zelle® goes directly from one bank account in the U.S. to another, using only a recipient’s email address or U.S. mobile number.
Funds are typically available within minutes when both parties are already enrolled with Zelle®. Consumers who are not enrolled and receive a payment notification or a request for payment can enroll through their financial institution or by downloading the Zelle® app if their financial institution does not participate.
Remember, you should only use Zelle® to send and receive money with friends, family and people you know and trust. Once money is sent is cannot be retrieved – even by the Bank.
