Mobile Banking Enrollment

By signing up for Mobile Banking on this page, you will begin the enrollment process for Waterford Bank N.A.’s Mobile Banking App. Once you sign in, you will automatically be taken through the enrollment process with a series of screens. If you already have Mobile Banking and want to turn on Mobile Check Deposit, enroll here.

Please note that if you only want to do Online Banking tasks, you can still log in from the home page as you always have before.

It’s easy to get started:

  1. Sign up for Mobile Banking by entering your Online Banking Username and Password into the sign in box at the top right of this page and click Log In.
  2. Once logged in, click on Enroll Now.
  3. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
  4. Select the boxes next to Text Messaging and Alerts, then click Continue.
  5. Select the time zones and the accounts that you would like to have access to from your mobile device and identify them with a nickname.
  6. You will be asked to enter your mobile number and, upon doing so, an activation code will be sent to your device.
  7. Enter your code and select Activate. You will now be set up to download the app to your device. Go to your respective app store and search for Waterford Bank Toledo. Click Install to download the free app “WFB Banking” to your device.

To manage your devices once they are enrolled, Log in to Online Banking and go to your Online Banking Preferences at the top of the screen. Scroll down the page until you see a button labeled Manage Devices.
