As of September 21, 2020, Waterford users have reported their Mobile Banking Apps are now functioning properly. We will continue to monitor the situation, but at this time anticipate no further mobile app interruptions from the release of iOS v14.0.

On September 15, 2020 Apple announced the release of iOS v14.0, coming to apple products as soon as September 18.
Unfortunately, this announcement left an unusually small timeframe for app developers to update their mobile apps accordingly. This short notice has affected our Mobile Banking Apps and some Waterford customers who have already downloaded the new iOS are experiencing issues.
We are working to upgrade our Personal and Business Mobile Banking to meet the new iOS standards, but recommend holding off on downloading iOS v14.0 until that time.
If you have already downloaded iOS v14.0 and are experiencing errors logging into Mobile Banking, we encourage you to log into Online Banking from the top of our website. You can access Online Banking from your mobile device, tablet, or desktop web browser.
We encourage you to be on the lookout for updates to your Personal and Business Mobile Banking Apps and to download them when available. Remember, it is important to always download the latest version of an app to ensure the best user experience and security.
We will keep you notified on our website when the update is live and apologize for the inconvenience. If you are experiencing issues and need assistance, our bankers would be happy to help. You can connect with your banker directly or contact one of our offices.
