Online Banking Computer Requirements

The PC requirements for Online Banking include both Operating System minimums and Internet Browser minimums. The details are listed below.

Please note that only one Internet Browser is required - you can choose which one you would like to use. Each of the browsers listed below is linked to its download screen. Although older Internet Browsers may work, they are not supported. If there are problems and you are using an older browser, the first thing that we will request in order to assist you is that you upgrade your browser.

Personal Online Banking Requirements

• IBM Compatible Computers
  • Microsoft Vista and Windows XP Operating Systems
    To check: Right click on the "My Computer" icon on your desktop and select Properties. The operating system is listed on the screen that is presented.
  • Microsoft .Net 2.0 or higher
    To check: From the Start Menu, select Settings / Control Panel. Double-click Add / Remove Programs. From the list that comes up, look for Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0. If it is there, then it is already installed, if not, click on the link to download and install. You may see Microsoft .Net 1.0 or 1.1. If so, you will still need to install Microsoft .Net 2.0. Note that Online Banking may work with the older version of Microsoft .Net, but it is not supported.
  • AND one of the following supported Internet Browsers:
    To check the version of any of these, run the program and then select Help / About from the menu at the top. The version should be listed on the help window.
    • Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher
    • Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or higher
    • Opera 8.0 or higher
• Macintosh Computers
  • Macintosh OS X 10.3 or higher
  • AND one of the following supported Internet Browsers:
    To check the version of any of these, run the program and then select Help / About from the menu at the top. The version should be listed on the help window.
    • Safari 2.0 or higher
    • Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or higher
    • Opera 8.0 or higher
    • Camino 1.5.3 or higher
