On December 5, 2011, BauerFinancial, Inc. announced that it was continuing to assign a “Five Stars – Superior”
rating to Waterford Bank, N.A. The Bank has maintained the rating ever since it was first awarded in June of
2010, a significant accomplishment for a bank then in operation less than three years.
BauerFinancial, which is based in Florida, has been rating and reporting on the financial condition of the
